Terms and Conditions

We have provided further information for you through our terms and conditions.  This information will be useful for us to clarify some points with you and is there as a guide to help both our valued and potential customers. 

  • Products

    The prices shown by each product featured on our website, or in our brochure, include the receptacle in which it is photographed. For example, if a vase is featured in the photograph, a vase will be included with your chosen gift at no extra charge on the price shown.

    Bespoke

    Prices vary dependant on materials and requests. A price will be provided before any work commences, payment must be made in full at this stage for any unusual requests.

  • Delivery

    Delivery is 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), as every Chocolate Bouquet is made specifically to suit the individual tastes and needs of each customer.  This can enable us ensure that the bouquet is exactly what you require and that no detail has been left out (this also includes all other gifts our website).  

    During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day, we recommend all orders should be placed as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

    We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address, if our courier cannot gain access to the address provided or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier calls. Harpers Luxury Gifts will not be responsible for any damage (or loss) to a gift that has been left unattended. We recommend you provide us with alternative delivery information (such as leave with the neighbour) to prevent any incidents occurring.

    To minimise delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient you must advise us. In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the courier and arrange another delivery. Any non deliveries must be advised by the next day at the latest.

    Damage in Transit

    Unfortunately, once our gifts leave our premises we have little control of them. Our couriers are trusting and reliable, but in the rare event that a gift gets damaged whilst in transit, please contact us ASAP so we can investigate with the couriers and arrange for replacement delivery. Any damages must be reported by the next day. We will also require the damaged arrangement to be given back to courier on the arrival of the replacement.

  • Appearance

    Each and every arrangement is handcrafted and cannot be exactly as the photo shows. We, however, make every effort to deliver consistent product. The amount of chocolates used and value of the arrangement will remain the same. If we need to alter the container for any reason we will replace it with another item of similar appearance with equal or greater value of money.

    Colour Reproduction

    We have made every effort to ensure that colour reproduction of images and product text descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur.

  • Changes to Your Order

    Changes to an order that has already been placed will depend on what stage you order is at. Please contact us ASAP to discuss your changes and we will be able to advice you if it is at all possible, we will in any case try our best.

  • Cancellation of Order

    Customers cannot cancel personalised items made to suit the customer’s specifications. However, this does not apply to any other standard Luxury Gifts purchased on our website. Where this is the case customers are allowed a 7-day cooling off period from receipt of delivery (this only applies to purchaser, not the recipient of the gift). Should you need to cancel your order, you must inform Harpers Luxury Gifts in writing that you wish to do so. Please note that you are responsible for returning the goods to us via post or your own arrangements, with the product packaging left intact.

  • Purchase of Alcohol

    Warning. It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 to purchase or receive alcohol. Alcohol cannot be delivered to or received by any person under the age of 18.

  • Website Linking

    If you would like to request a link to Harpers Luxury Gifts website, written authorisation is required from Harper’s Luxury Gifts, e-mail is acceptable.

  • Allergy Information

    Some of Harpers Luxury Gifts may contain traces of Nuts. Also some of Harpers Luxury gifts products may contain Alcohol.

     Dietary Requirements

    We have had requests to make our Chocolate Bouquets to suit dietary requirements.  We are happy to fulfil these requests, just call us and we discuss any changes.
